Garbage truck overturns near landfill

PIKE TWP - A dump truck carrying trash to the Countywide Recycling & Disposal Facility overturned Wednesday around Gracemont Street and Dueber Avenue SW, an Ohio Highway Patrol dispatcher said.
No one was hurt in the accident, which took place just before 2:45 p.m. near Countywide landfill’s entrance, she said.
Trash was strewn around the road, cranes had to be sent to clean it up and a guardrail was damaged, she said.
